Company History
DiDi Dvora Jarchower has been cooking and preparing speciality meals for over 20 years. She moved to the Jacksonville area from Los Angeles with her daughter Yiska Sarah and her husband Howard in 2000.
After becoming a member of Etz Chaim Synagogue and experiencing some of the culture and the food, DiDi Dvora decided she wanted to make an impact in the community by sharing her food with others.
DiDi Dvora volunteers her time to prepare an eventful Shabbos Kiddush whenever someone from the community sponsors one.
In 2006, due to the needs of Kosher catered food in Jacksonville, DiDi Dvora opened her own catering company to service the needs of the Jewish community. DiDi Dvora provides meals for the Jacksonville Jewish Federation, the Jacksonville Jewish Foundation, private individuals and caters periodic luncheons, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs at the Synagogue.
