I want to thank you for the wonderful Kiddish luncheon that you prepared at the synagogue for our congregation. It was a pleasure to work with you on the menu, as your proposals were refreshing and inventive. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and your staff was most gracious. Of course, I always enjoy your Spicy Sesame Chicken and the Asian Slaw. Above all, I truly appreciated your personal touch.

I apologize for not letting you know sooner how wonderful the meals were that you sent to us in Amelia Island! (I did leave a message on Melissa Lee's voicemail telling her that they shouldn't bother with other caterers, only you.
One of my husband's business associates had two kosher, frozen, meals, reheated in the microwave for us-they were almost inedible!). Anyway, your food was so delicious, I wish you lived here-I hate cooking and would love to order from you more! However, your creative food did inspire me to cook more when I came home so I opened up some cookbooks. If you ever give out recipes, your "meatloaf" (it should be called something much fancier) and creamy potatoes was outrageous, your salmon croquettes were so good, it's amazing they weren't fried, and your caesar dressing was delicious! We used it to go on the croquettes.
Anyway,
Thanks again. If we ever head out your way in the future, we know who to call. Continued success.
